I started this journey when I was 4 years old, in my mother’s dressing room. I remember playing for hours with chiffon scarves and high heeled shoes and long furry coats and even longer loose stockings. I remember each one of the colours in her makeup case; thousands of colours other than the ones I pictured on a rainbow. I remember other houses, relatives, peers, places to hide when boredom set in. There were so many houses, with so many dressing rooms, tons of makeup and endless possibilities.
The rest has been growing up and transforming a childhood passion into an adulthood obsession.
